This tutorial will show you the steps for changing your email address in your Hostico client account
- Existing Hostico client account
- After logging in to the Hostico customer account, you will access USER (left part of the page)
- The open page will display all personal data belonging to the owner
- In the section Client Profile you will go to Change Email Address
In the new window that will open, you will need to enter the new email address that you want in the customer account.
The action will be registered after the client attaches a copy of the identity document (natural person) and a copy of the company certificate in the account (legal person for companies).
For security reasons, the procedure is essential for verification as a Hostico customer account holder.
After completing the required steps, the last open box will confirm that your email address change request has been sent.
After completing the above steps, an automatic ticket will open with the request to change your email address.
The change will be processed by the operators of the commercial department, following the analysis of the attached document.
The customer will receive confirmation of the change of email address along with a password reset for login to the Hostico customer account
