Unblocking IP from Hostico servers
In this tutorial, the necessary steps will be presented to unblock the IP listed in the firewall on Hostico servers.

Introduction
- In the next article, we will go through each necessary step to unblock the IP from the firewalls of Hostico servers
Requirements
- An active service
Steps
- The first step is logging in to your Hostico client account, after which you will access the section Services -> My Services
- The opened page will display all packages held in the client account. Navigate to the service for which the authentication attempt was unsuccessful, and access the domain name
- From here we will navigate to the right, to the Actions submenu, where we select the Unlock IP; option
- If the IP is not blocked on the server where the hosting is located, your system will display this, but if the IP is listed, you can unblock it by clicking the Unblock button.
- If the operation was successful, a confirmation message will appear
Note
- If the IP block was made from a different address than the IP used for unblocking, the system will not have the automatic ability to unblock. In these situations, it will be necessary to contact the technical department for manual unblocking.
- For security reasons, unlocking can be performed a maximum of 3 times per hour for the same service, server, or user
