I asked the company HOSTICO (Awesome Projects S.R.L.) on December 27, a date when many companies are not even working, to redo an invoice with different contact details (from an individual to a self-employed person). In my mind, I hoped that the request would be resolved within the calendar year in question, in order to include the invoice in the accounting. I want to note that at 5:00 PM, they redid an invoice with new details and sent me a separate email for notification in 9 MINUTES. Kudos for the promptness.
