Account suspension management

Introduction

This tutorial explains how to suspend one or more cPanel accounts from the WHM administration panel

This measure applies in the case of the reseller, when they want to block a user's access to a cPanel account for various reasons.

Requirements

• a WHM account

Steps to Follow

• Once logged into the WHM administration panel, search in the top left search box for "Manage Account Suspension"

• after selecting the result, the next window will display two columns that will allow selection by domain or by user, of the account that is to be suspended.

• after selecting the desired account, the "Suspend" and "Unsuspend" buttons will be activated
• in the case of suspension, note the reason for suspension in the box below and then click on "Suspend"

• after the successful completion of the operation, a confirmation report will be displayed

• suspended accounts will appear in the list colored in red

• To reactivate the account, follow the same procedure. Select the desired account and press the "Unsuspend" button.
