Categories of clients from outside Romania who can purchase Hostico services:

• Individual persons from the EU:
  • The VAT will be applied depending on the country where the purchased services are used, according to European legislation.
• Individuals from outside the EU:
  • The VAT rate will not apply, as the services are considered exempt from tax in Romania.
• Legal entities from the EU area:
  • The VAT quota will not apply to the invoice, as the services are subject to the reverse tax mechanism. This exception is valid provided that the company is registered in the VIES database at the time of payment. VIES verification available at: https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/.
• Legal entities from outside Europe:
  • The VAT rate will not apply, as the services are considered exempt from tax in Romania.
