Can I change the billing period?
The modification of the billing period is possible through the commercial department, respecting the available periods for services and hosting packages.
The billing period can be modified by contacting the sales department.
However, this period must fit within the available periods for the service for which the modification is desired.
For domains, the periods can be a minimum of 1-2 years with multiples of these values.
For hosting packages, the periods can only be those existing for the respective hosting package: 1, 3, 6, 12, 24, 36 months.
