The client has paid the invoice, but the transaction does not appear in the affiliates' list. What is happening?
Affiliate transactions may be unprocessed for various reasons, such as lack of cookies, old orders, or access from different devices. Contact the sales department for assistance.
There are several factors that can influence the non-processing of transactions through the affiliate program:
- Cookies are not enabled in the browser;
- The affiliate link has not been accessed in the last 90 days;
- A renewal invoice has been paid and there is no new order. The affiliation applies only to new orders;
- The order was placed from a different device/browser than the one used to access the affiliate link;
- Cookies in the browser were deleted before placing the order.
If you are sure that a customer placed the order/payment through your recommendation/link and you can provide details about it, you can contact the sales department. This notification must however take place shortly after the order/payment was made in order to investigate the situation.
