If you are sure that the site is compromised, you should contact the application/website developer and subsequently the members of the Hostico technical team.
In principle, we will try to identify whether the site is compromised and/or determine how the compromise occurred.
Most often, however, the basis for these compromises lies in outdated applications, easily cracked passwords, or computers/devices infected with viruses/trojans that the site owner uses to connect to it.
Thus, concurrently with restoring the backup, you should take the necessary steps to update the application and scan your own devices.

The Hostico team will try to restore the latest clean backup if it exists. Depending on how long the site has been compromised, it is possible that the backups also contain the compromised version.
